Richard A. Martinez M.D.

Grew up in Redding, leaving after graduating high school to attend University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN, receiving his Bachelors of Science Degree. After attending medical school at University of California, Irvine, he completed his family practice internship in Denver, Colorado and finished his residency at Natividad Medical Center in Salinas, California. Dr. Martinez worked as a staff physician at Santa Barbara Medical Foundation clinic for five years while also working as a part-time emergency room physician at Vanderburgh AirForce Base. After leaving the clinic,he open his own family practice before joining CHW Marian Hancock Medical Group where he practiced for many years. He returned home to Redding in 1999,where he built a thriving family practice, while he and his wife have raised a family of five.

Cynthia Dillon M.D.

Has more than 30 years experience in family practice. A native of southern California she attended UCLA Medical School and then went on to completed her residency at the University of New Mexico. Eventually, she found her way back to California practicing in Weaverville for several years before moving to Redding in 1994 as a primary care physician. Dr. Dillon is married, loves her dogs and is a avid San Franciso Giants fan.

Dr. Orna Gil M.D. F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Gil specializes in gynecological surgery and endocrinology: the medicine of hormones. She graduated Cum Laude with department honors at the University of California, San Diego. She minored in modern European literature and worked on campus tutoring the learning-disabled youth.

Dr. Gil Achieved her MD at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York and then trained at the North Shore University Hospital, Manhasset, Long Island – which is a New York University program and was ranked top five in the country at the time of her tenure. She went on to private practice as well as a full-time faculty position at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. She was then recruited to New York Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn, New York and later became the Director of Women’s Health in a 6 clinic system that served Southern California.

Dr. Gil delivers care in menopausal health, which encompasses the formal western medical science and the complementary (or alternative) approach to menopausal health and well-being. As an expert in gynecological surgery, she is well recognized in minimally invasive approaches to surgery: including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy (camera surgery in the uterus) and is identified as one of the first innovators in the field of gynecologic robotic surgery. Dr. Gil is notably one of the first surgeons in the nation to perform single site robotic hysterectomy.

Dana Harbuck N.P.

Dana Harbuck currently holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner specialty from Chamberlain University. She began her healthcare career, volunteering as a candy-striper as a young teenager at Oroville Hospital. She continued her career in the Physical Therapy field both in Oroville, Ca. then Redding, Ca, where she remained for twenty years. After eleven years working with the Physical Therapy department at Shasta Regional Medical Center, she was driven to returned to school for a career change. Dana earned her Bachelor Degree in Nursing at Simpson University in Redding, California. During her nursing career, Dana worked Orthopedic, Neuroscience, ICU/CICU, ER, and as Nursing Supervisor. Dana brings, a substantive, twenty-nine years of healthcare experience, with twenty-one of those years at Shasta Regional Medical Center.

Will Nesbitt, PA-C

Originally from Butler, Pennsylvania, and moved to Redding after graduation. He received his Bachelors of Science at Lock Haven University. After attending Lock Haven, he received his Master’s in Physician Assistant Science at Slippery Rock University. He absolutely loves the outdoors and scenery, and enjoys rock climbing, playing all racquet sports, hiking, biking, and attending church. He grew up around medicine, and the majority of his family members all work in medicine. He also loves dogs.
